What is the cost?

Conference and meals (inclusive of 2 lunches, 2 breaks daily)
Per participant from a member school: USD$625
Per participant from a non-member school: USD$699

What about accommodation?

  • Make arrangements directly with the hotel Barceló Aran Mantegna in Rome. There is no special code for the GTC.

  • We recommend to book accommodation as soon as possible and suggest you select the 'Pay at Hotel' rate. This rate allows for cancellation free of charge until 6pm the day of arrival. The full amount is paid on arrival at the hotel and does not need to be paid ahead of time.
