2025 CANCELLATION POLICIES


June-July Standard Event Cancellation, Change and Refund Policy

  • Before 1 May 2025: $500 of total cost per course is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • After 1 May 2025: $500 plus half of remaining course fee (per course) is NON-REFUNDABLE.

PTC reserves the right to extend the above cancellation dates. All registrations paid for by schools can be transferred to another person. All cancellations will be subject to a 5% administration fee. All refundable fees will be held as CREDITS for the following year unless other arrangements have been made with the PTC.

If you are in need of a visa for attending a course in Lisbon, we must receive confirmation of your visa by 1 May 2025 or we will transfer your registration to the same course online or rollover your registration to another year.


EAL School-Year Online Course Cancellation Policy

  • Before start of course: $300 of total cost per course is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • After start of course: Course fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Teacher Leader and Counselor School-Year Online Courses Cancellation Policy

  • Before start of course: $150 of total cost per course is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • After start of course: Course fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
