2023-2024 School Year Institutes Registration Information

Registration

Registration is open for all 2023-2024 school year Teacher Leader Institutes, Counselor Training Center and EAL Institutes.

Click the appropriate TC registration button on the right sidebar (buttons appear only when registration is live). Registration is not complete until a payment option is selected and payment is made online or a check/wire payment has been received by the PTC office. Classes fill quickly; register early to get the class you want.

2023-2024 Rates

Check if your school is a PTC member - if not, select non-member rates.

(TLI) Teacher Leader Courses

Per participant from a PTC member school: USD $790
Per Participant from a non-member school: USD $875

CTC Counselor training Center courses

Per participant from a PTC member school: USD $1252
Per Participant from a non-member school: USD $1410

EAL Courses

Per participant from a PTC member school: USD $1000
Per Participant from a non-member school: USD $1100

Cancellation Policies

Teacher Leader Online Courses Cancellation Policy

  • Before start of course - $150 of total cost per course is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • After start of course – Course fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

    PTC reserves the right to extend the above cancellation dates. All registrations paid for by schools can be transferred to another person. All cancellations will be subject to a 5% administration fee. All refundable fees will be held as CREDITS for the following year unless other arrangements have been made with the PTC.

EAL Online Courses Cancellation Policy

  • Before start of course: $300 of total cost per course is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • After start of course: $550 of total cost per course is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • All paid fees will be held as CREDIT for any future program unless other arrangements are made with the PTC

  • All cancellation refunds are subject to a 5% administration fee.

Additional Information

COURSE COMPLETION: Participants must complete all required learning tasks to receive a certificate of completion.

Required Course Preparation

Registered participants will receive preparation assignments via email 1 week prior to the start date of your course. It is essential that these assignments be completed prior to beginning the course.

Schoology- Our Online Learning Management System

Each course is a combination of synchronous and asynchronous time. All course materials are housed on Schoology. Prior to the start of your class, you will be invited to the PTC's online learning management system, Schoology. You will receive full information in your preparation assignment.
