Sarah currently serves as the Head of the Preparatory School (SK-Year 7) at Upper Canada College in Toronto, Canada. In this role, she is focused on improving learning, wellbeing & belonging through building leadership capacity & high functioning student-centered collaborative teams. Prior to this, she was the Elementary Vice Principal at the International School Bangkok (ISB), where she worked for 11 years. During her years as Vice Principal at ISB, she worked on a collaborative administrative team offering extensive learning-focused leadership, leading Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Justice work on a whole school level, and enhancing a culture of coaching. She is originally from Ottawa, Canada and has spent the past 15 years overseas in Thailand and Mexico. Sarah holds a Certificate of International School Leadership from the Principals' Training Centre. She graduated with a degree in Concurrent Education from Queen's University, in Kingston, Canada and pursued her Masters of Science degree in Education through SUNY-Buffalo. Over the years, Sarah has been fortunate to facilitate a variety of adult learning, as a Cognitive Coaching Agency Trainer and as a trainer with the Teachers’ Leader Institute here at the PTC!
