Originally from Canada, Kim has spent over 23 years as an international educator and teacher-leader promoting equity for multilingual learners at schools in South Korea, China, Indonesia and the Philippines. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto, and graduated with a Master of Curriculum and Teaching through the University of Michigan. Currently in her 12th year at International School Manila, Kim is committed to collaboration and working with teachers in designing curriculum that honour linguistically and culturally diverse students.
