Ji Han has served as an international educator for the past 30 years, and her professional journey has included positions such as Director of Curriculum, Principal, Curriculum Coordinator, classroom teacher and educational consultant in many schools and countries around the world. She holds a Masters in Educational Leadership from Lehigh University, and fosters an ongoing commitment for pedagogical leadership, shaping school culture and concept-driven learning. She remains active in promoting collaboration and sharing mutual best practice through her involvement as a workshop facilitator, conference presenter and accreditation leader. Ji continues to be actively involved in promoting Concept Based Curriculum and Instruction and Guided Inquiry. As a certified Concept Based Workshop facilitator her recent work to develop and push thinking on Concept based learning has provided exciting opportunities for pioneering these ideas and fueling her commitment to continuous learning. She is passionate about supporting school communities in developing successful frameworks which give all learners access to deep conceptual understanding and sustainable competencies. This year she is serving as an independent consultant for schools and organizations in areas such as school improvement, organizational coaching and curriculum development. Ji has been a co-leader for the Principal's Training Centre since 2008 and currently serves as Associate Director of School Evaluation and Professional Development for the Council of International Schools.
