Rachel is the Director at the International School of Hannover Region (ISHR) in Germany. Formerly she was the Deputy Head of School at Atlanta International School. She served on the Board of the Center for The Advancement and Study of International Education (CASIE) and has led workshops with Faculty and Staff in schools and locations all over the world. Rachel has consulted for schools aspiring to be IB schools as well as those who wish to enhance their International programs. She has accredited schools for the Council of International Schools as well as for AdvancED and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI). Rachel holds a Certificate of International School Leadership from the Principals' Training Center a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Applied and Environmental Geology from the University of Birmingham, Edgebaston UK, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from The University of Nottingham, UK and a Masters in Educational Leadership in International Education from the University of Bath, UK.
