Zachary Low is Operations and Project Manager for the PTC and acts as coordinator during the June-July Institutes. Zachary joined the PTC in 2015 after moving to Miami from Sarasota, FL where he worked as an Adjunct EAP Instructor at State College of Florida and Community Teacher through the local literacy council. He holds a BA in Classics from New College of Florida and a CELTA certification.
