Having grown up as a third culture kid in international schools, Erin holds a PhD in educational leadership with a dissertation focus on cultural competency and student engagement. She’s held a variety of K12 leadership roles and currently serves as the Associate Head of School and Head of Secondary School at Atlanta International School. With interests in leadership development, building highly effective teams, social justice, intercultural learning, change management, and effective assessment practices, Erin thoroughly enjoys leading workshops and consulting with schools in these areas. She is also a founding member of the Women of Influence in Education Conference. When Erin isn’t involved in all-things education, she loves spending time with her family, embarking on adventures, and curling up with a good book.
