Karen Rohrs joined Copenhagen International School in August 2015 as the Middle School Principal. Prior to joining CIS, Karen held faculty and administrator positions at Hong Kong International School. For fifteen years, Karen focused on teaching pedagogy, assessment, pastoral care and professional learning opportunities for faculty & administrators, including system for performance evaluation and compensation. Originally from Sydney, Australia she held various classroom and leadership positions in teaching, curriculum, leadership and pastoral care.
