Jennifer is the Deputy Head of School at American School of Bombay, where she helps guide strategic educational and operational growth in alignment with the school's mission and schoolwide priorities. Her experiences in various instructional and leadership roles at schools in Hong Kong, the Philippines and the United States have shaped her commitment to elevating identity, empathy and self-directedness in adults and students alike. In addition to her facilitation with the Principals’ Training Center, Jennifer is an Adaptive Schools Agency Trainer, Council of International Schools Accreditation Team Chair and regularly creates and delivers workshops on learning diversity and inclusivity, coaching, adaptive leadership, workshop design and professional development. Jennifer’s love of literacy and communication inspired her doctoral research, which explored the influence of communicative action on students' learning lifeworlds; she recently published a chapter on the potential of teacher-student communicative action to overcome the repercussions of global crises. In her free time, Jennifer is a keen nonfiction reader, Arsenal supporter and distance runner.
