Jennifer is in her first year as Deputy Head of School at American School of Bombay, where she helps guide strategic educational and operational growth in alignment with the school's mission. She believes that individuals can be empowered to become self-directed learners in environments that encourage rich inquiry, dynamic collaboration and ongoing innovation. Her experiences in various instructional and leadership roles at schools in Hong Kong, the Philippines and the United States have shaped her commitment to nurturing diverse and inclusive communities, and she continues to expand opportunities for all students to thrive. In addition to her facilitation with the Principals’ Training Center, Jennifer is an Adaptive Schools Agency Trainer, Council of International Schools Accreditation Team Chair and regularly creates and delivers workshops on coaching and adaptive leadership. Jennifer’s love of literacy and communication inspired her doctoral research, which explored the influence of communicative action on students' learning lifeworlds. In her free time, Jennifer is a keen nonfiction reader, Arsenal supporter and distance runner.
