Teacher leaders are leaders. Taking on a teacher leadership role in an international school is so much more than organizing and coordinating logistics for your team. Teacher leadership is about leading collaborative teams that positively transform learning.
Over two and half days you will engage in dialogue with current and aspiring teacher leaders from international schools around the world to share ideas, get perspective and deepen your understanding around transformational leadership practices. You will have moments to reflect, give and receive feedback, challenge your thinking and create concrete next steps to guide your leadership practice and your work with your team

How do you navigate differences to best lead a collaborative, high functioning team?
How do you help your team make the connection between the impact of your collective work and student learning results?
